Looking for a mildly boozy explosion of lime for dessert? Look no further than our Culinary Director’s recipe for Más Agave Key Lime Pie. Perfect for your Fourth of July picnics:
Ingredients:
- 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
- 3 cups sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
- 1/4 cup Más Agave
- 1 tablespoon grated lime zest
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a medium-size bowl, combine condensed milk, sour cream, lime juice, Más Agave and lime zest. Mix until consistent and pour into graham cracker crust.
Bake in preheated over for 5 to 8 minutes, or until tiny bubbles burst on the top of the pie. Do not let the pie brown. Chill pie thoroughly before serving. Garnish with slices of lime and whipped cream if desired. Or no – totally up to you!
