The Ultimate Pre-Show Destination
Overlooking our classic brewhouse, our Grand Rapids taproom is a great testing ground for us. On any given day you’ll find many beers on tap that are only available at the taproom. It’s a laid-back former trucking depot that was modeled after a German beer hall, complete with a patio and beer garden. Check out our handcrafted sandwiches, book the Centennial Room for a private Founders experience, or take a tour of the brewery!
Located just steps from downtown hotels, arenas, music venues, and the new amphitheater, our taproom is the perfect place to kick off your night with great beer, delicious food, two outdoor bar carts and a lively atmosphere. With live music, DJs, and events throughout the summer, there’s always something happening before the main event. Plus, with ample on-site parking available, getting here is easy—so you can spend less time searching for a spot and more time enjoying your night.
We will continue to seat you on a first come, first served basis – a greeter will meet you upon arrival. Use the Yelp Waitlist App to add your name to the list.

Are animals allowed at the taproom?
Despite our love for animals, they are not allowed in the beer garden or inside of our taproom. Sorry, furry friends. Of course, bona fide service dogs are permitted

Where would you suggest that I park? How can I get my parking validated?
We have a gated parking lot between Goodrich and Bartlett (just south of our facility). To ensure that your parking is validated, please present your ticket to your bartender/server when cashing out. You’ll receive up to two hours free of charge, after which a $3.00/half hour fee will apply.
The entrance to this lot is off Goodrich and the pay station and exit are just off Bartlett St. This is a cashless system that accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards. Here’s a handy map:

It’s my birthday, and I’m planning to go out with friends and family to celebrate—and we want to visit the taproom. Can I make a reservation or call ahead for a table?
Unfortunately, we do not take reservations and do not hold tables for anyone, regardless of the occasion. However, you can download the Yelp waitlist app here to put your name on the list. You will then be texted when your table is ready.
We also have The Centennial Room, our private event rental space, available for booking larger gatherings!
