This past Saturday, November 4 was Learn to Homebrew Day and, as something near and dear to our hearts (and current livelihoods), we thought we’d share some advice for those of you thinking of taking homebrewing up as a hobby. After all, it could turn into a career if our Brewmaster, Jeremy, is any indication.

Another hop harvest come and gone…
A few years into opening a brewery and things weren’t looking good for Mike and Dave. The business was nowhere near profitable, checks were bouncing and they were forced to start selling non-crucial brewing equipment to make ends meet.

It’s that time of the year again… Hop Harvest Week! Our brewing team is heading out to Yakima Valley, Washington to meet with hop farmers, check out this year’s harvest and select the hops we’ll be brewing with in the coming year.
