  • Great Lakes Nitro Coffee <0.5 %
    Nitro cold brew features the effervescence of pressurized nitrogen infusion, thereby forming a creamy head and a shower of cascading bubbles. The result is creamy, mellowed coffee flavor with a smooth and silky mouthfeel.
  • $3 Pint Special - Mas Agave Premium Hard Seltzer - Lime 4.5 %
    Más Agave Premium Hard Seltzer is a refreshing foray into the future made with blue agave nectar, cane sugar, real fruit juice and a dash of sea salt for good measure.
  • The Bigger Broom Pale Ale 4.8 %
    Hop forward session ale with a full, bristly body. Starts at grapefruit before sweeping into white bread, burnt toast, pine, and pistachio. The dry finish is moreish and can land you in the dustbin.
  • Centennial IPA 7.2 %
    The Standard by which all IPAs are measured...and most found wanting.
  • Cool Beans 6.1 %
    Cool Beans is a collaborative brew made with our friends at Rockford Brewing Company to help celebrate their 10th annual pub crawl in downtown Rockford. It’s a twist on RBC’s award-winning Rogue River Brown, but fermented with Founders house lager yeast and steeped with a lovely Ethiopian coffee from Madcap. This delicious and easy-drinking Coffee Brown Lager will be featured at the Corner Bar in Rockford during the pub crawl, and then right here in our own taprooms.
  • Detroit Spite Pale Ale 6.7 %
    The citrus and grapefruit aromas of this classic pale ale are quickly overtaken by the vibrant warmth of Poblano, Anaheim, Jalapeno, Habanero and Cayenne peppers. A bright, complex Detroit remix of a favorite GR taproom exclusive.
  • Galaxy Wheat 7.1 %
    A Wheat IPA brewed with Wheat Malt and light Crystal Malts and dry hopped with Galaxy and Simcoe hops. Tropical and passionfruit characteristics abound in this smooth-drinking IPA.
  • London Brown Porter 6.1 %
    A twist on the rich brown porter our R&D brewer Diamond has made in the past. This version showcases our London yeast, creating a brew that is perfect for the cold-weather season and displays all the deep, rich flavors you expect from a robust porter.
  • Nitro Oatmeal Stout 4.5 %
    Traditional Irish-style stout on Nitro
  • Porter 6.5 %
    Dark. Rich. Sexy.
  • Red’s Rye IPA (Draft) 6.6 %
    The overwhelming employee and mug club favorite, this rye-based red IPA showcases the best that Amarillo hops have to offer!
  • Scarlet Dawn 5.1 %
    It’s the dawn of an all-new session IPA! Brewed with an array of malts to provide a deep crimson hue, Scarlet Dawn Session Red IPA employs a range of hops that lend a floral aroma and keep the bitterness to a minimum. It’s straightforward, session-able, and will treat you right – morning, noon or night.
  • Snowspeeder ESB 6 %
    Biscuit and floral aroma, with a rich malty body and balanced hop bitterness. An English-style ale that can trip an Imperial walker and smells better than the inside of a Tauntaun.
  • Unraveled IPA 6.6 %
    Brewed with some of our favorite American hops, and dry hopped with traditional hop pellets along with lupulin powder, Unraveled IPA is incredibly flavorful and aromatic.

Class 2

  • 4 Giants IPA 9.2 %
    Our brewers mashed up four of our favorite recipes into the ultimate imperial IPA. Aggressive bitterness balanced by a malty, sweet backbone while huge aromatics come courtesy of the seven American hop varieties
  • Mas Agave Lemonade Seltzer 8.2 %
    A full-flavored/Higher ABV lemonade version of our premium seltzer.
  • Rubaeus 5.7 %
    Pure Raspberry Ale
  • Nitro Breakfast Stout 8.3 %
    The infusion of nitrogen transforms Breakfast Stout into a creamy sipper, perfect for contemplative mornings and laid-back evenings.

    Pure Raspberry Ale infused with Nitrogen for a smooth, creamy, finish

Class 3

  • Barrel-Aged Black Biscuit 11.1 %
    Years ago, we found ourselves sitting on a surplus of Biscuit malt and molasses. As brewers often do, we got creative and designed a beer that put these stellar ingredients to good use. We added some chocolate malt for color and flavor depth and aged the beer in maple syrup bourbon barrels and a legend was born. Barrel-Aged Black Biscuit is back. Believe the hype.
  • Blushing Padre 10.8 %
    We introduced our Belgian-style raspberry ale to a tequila barrel and wound up with what can only be described as an international love affair. Tart and luscious raspberry jam character are balanced beautifully thanks to time spent aging in tequila barrels. Now who’s blushing?
  • CBS 11.3 %
    Rich maple syrup, roasted coffee and velvety chocolate meld together in what can only be described as a transcendental drinking experience.
  • Curmudgeon’s Better Half 12.7 %
    What tames an old ale like Curmudgeon? The tender embrace of oak and sweet maple, that’s what. The result is Curmudgeon’s Better Half, a harmonious matrimony of our deceptively smooth old ale brewed with molasses and time spent aging in bourbon barrels that have previously held maple syrup. Because all counterparts should be sweet, rich and utterly delicious.
  • Frootwood 8 %
    We took a crisp, light-bodied cherry ale and hid it away in oak barrels that have held both bourbon and maple syrup. After a lengthy stint, the ale emerged changed, blanketed in notes of warm vanilla and earthy sweetness.
  • KBS 12 %
    KBS is a big imperial stout brewed with a massive amount of coffee and chocolate and then bourbon barrel-aged to perfection. Incredibly silky and full-bodied with notes of vanilla, cocoa, roasted coffee, and charred oak.
  • Nitro KBS 12 %
    This beer taught us that patience truly is a virtue. Nitro KBS is a big imperial stout brewed with a massive amount of coffee and chocolate and then bourbon barrel-aged to perfection – running it through nitrogen gives a creamy, light texture that has to be tasted to believed. Incredibly silky and full-bodied with notes of vanilla, cocoa, roasted coffee and charred oak.
  • KBS Espresso 12 %
    KBS gets an extra oomph by getting aged on espresso beans after being removed from barrels, resulting in a snappy coffee twist on our classic barrel-aged beer. Who says you can't start your day with a barrel-aged stout?
  • KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge 11 %
    Michigan didn’t invent old-fashioned fudge, but it was perfected here. We pay tribute to this time-honored tradition with KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge. By amplifying the rich chocolate notes of KBS using Mackinac Fudge coffee, then adding maple syrup and aging it in oak bourbon barrels, we’ve created a bold new take on our barrel-aged classic – one that could only have originated in Michigan.
  • Mas Agave Clasica Lime 10 %
    Imperial Lime Gose brewed with Agave and aged in Tequila barrels.
  • Nemesis - Bottleshop Series Installment #1 11.2 %
    What’s your Nemesis? Ours is a barleywine-style ale brewed with roasted malts and no shortage of hops for a pleasantly bitter, booming flavor. Pouring with a slight and subtle mahogany hue and a multitude of flavors that melt on your tongue – this is one Nemesis you’ll feel good about keeping around.
  • Velvet Rush 11.1 %
    A bourbon barrel-aged brown ale with notes of coffee, chocolate and vanilla extract. Milk sugar aids in weaving together this complex tapestry of flavors to create a sipping experience that really ties the room together.
