We are excited to announce the first beer to kick off Kosmicki’s Collection, Czech Dark Lager! This classic beer maintains a crisp taste, while the balanced malt gives plenty of depth. Aromatic and refreshing with a dry finish, it might walk and talk like a stout, but it drinks like a lager.

But what exactly is Kosmicki’s Collection? We could tell you all about this new series, but it’s best explained by the brewmaster who dreamed it up, the one and only, Jeremy Kosmicki.

“Twenty-five years ago, the craft beer scene looked very different. Small brewers rebelled against what was mainstream and discovered a seemingly endless source of inspiration from traditional styles that had been all but forgotten. It was an exciting time when we were encountering flavors and aromas that changed our perception of what beer could be. 

Looking back on those early days I thought to myself, maybe it’s time to re-introduce some of these timeless recipes. Brewed in small batches, Kosmicki’s Collection is a tribute to beer styles that I feel nostalgic about and want to share with you. No gimmicks, just quality craftsmanship and an opportunity to rediscover lost classics.”
