It first made its debut in bottles in 2019 as part of the 2019 Barrel-Aged Series. You all loved it so much, we just knew we had to bring it back:

Underground Mountain Brown

Underground Mountain Brown is the harmonious drinking experience only achieved when our imperial brown ale, earthy Sumatra coffee and a year aging in caves below Grand Rapids come together. A team of malts complement the bold Sumatra coffee perfectly, while time spent immersed in oak creates layers of depth and complexity. A celebration of the barrel, the bean and everything in between. 11.9% ABV.

Underground Mountain Brown will be available in 4-packs of 12oz bottles and on draft in both taprooms beginning on September 2. It will be available everywhere else later that month. Please note that it will not be available in Mississippi.
