1/2lb Caramunich I
1/2lb Crystal 90L
1/2lb Flaked Barley
2oz Black Patent
Hops
1/2oz German Magnum 60min
1oz Perle 30min
1oz Cascade 15min
2oz Cascade Dry
Water
Target Mash Temp is 154F
3.5 gallon mash
3.5 gallon sparge
Collect 5.5 gallons into kettle
90 minute boil
Yeast
Wyeast American Ale 1056
