Welcome to Founders
We at Founders Brewing Co. have been lucky to evolve into one of the highest-recognized breweries in the United States. We’ve been ranked among the top breweries in the world by Ratebeer.com since 2006, and we have several beers listed in the top 100 beers of the world on Beeradvocate.com. We’re now among the top ten largest craft breweries in the country and one of the fastest-growing.
Founders Taproom
Overlooking our classic brewhouse, our Grand Rapids taproom is a great testing ground for us. On any given day you’ll find a many beers on tap that are only available at the taproom. It’s a laid back former trucking depot that was modeled after a German beer hall, complete with a patio and beer garden. Check out our handcrafted sandwiches, book the Centennial Room for a private Founders experience, or take a tour of the brewery!
The Centennial Room
Our brewery rental space features a fully-staffed bar with eight taps (including one nitro tap), and groups up to 65 seated with additional space of 45 seats on the patio. It’s on the second story of our facility and has two walls of windows, east and south facing, looking out over the city of Grand Rapids. There is also a two-sided patio that will provide additional space during the warmer months. The room is outfitted with three large flat-screen televisions and a retractable projector screen for PowerPoint or video presentations. There will also be a podium with a microphone for any speeches or group announcements.
Brewery Tours
What do you know about beer? What do you want to know? Beer should be exciting and fun, not intimidating. We are excited to host you on a brewery tour of Founders Brewing Co. All guests must be 21+. No children/minors are allowed in the production facility. All ages are welcome in the Taproom and Company Store.
