KBS Bourbon

This is Tradition, Shaped by Legendary Barrels.

KBS was born from curiosity and craftsmanship, when we set out to create something the world didn’t know they needed. We pioneered the art of bourbon barrel-aged beer when we took spent bourbon barrels and aged imperial stout in them for an entire year. Distilled with care and aged in American oak, this Kentucky Bourbon is finished in barrels that once held KBS, infusing notes of chocolate, coffee and vanilla. This distinctive expression respects tradition while pushing it forward. Rich oak and vanilla lead, followed by subtle roasted nuances and a smooth, lingering finish—defined by time, barrel and the KBS legacy.
