We’ve got three new cocktails to introduce you to, Blackberry Vodka Bramble, Daiquiri and a classic Old Fashioned. We source our spirits locally from Eastern Kille Distillery, so if you try our cocktails and decide you simply must have more, then go check them out!  They have two locations in Rockford and Eastown.

And just to be clear, our cocktails may change and new ones may be added, so make sure to swing by the taproom and try these delicious concoctions while you can! 

Blackberry Vodka Bramble

Ingredients:

• vodka
• lemon juice
• simple syrup
• blackberry fruit concentrate

Daiquiri

Ingredients:

• White rum
• Lime juice
• simple syrup
• garnished with lime wedge

Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

• rye whiskey
• angostura bitters
• demerara simple syrup
• garnished with orange peel
