Cocktail Recipes: Volo di Lamponi
Our resident bartender, Nic, whipped up something very special for you, just in time for the holidays. Our raspberry ale, Rubaeus, gets gussied up with gin, lemon and maraschino liqueur for an elevated take on our sweet and fruity beer. Plus, it’s super-easy to recreate!
Volo di Lamponi (Raspberry Flight)
Serve in coupe glass
Tools needed: shaker tins, jigger, hawthorne strainer
- 1-1/2oz. gin
- 1oz. maraschino liqueur
- 1oz. lemon
- 1oz. Rubaeus
- Lemon peel
Build in a shaker. Add ingredients, ice and give a good shake. Strain into coupe glass and garnish with lemon peel and cherry. Serve neat in coupe glass.
