Our brewery rental space features a fully-staffed bar with eight taps (including one nitro tap), and groups up to 65 seated with additional space of 45 seats on the patio. It’s on the second story of our facility and has two walls of windows, east and south facing, looking out over the city of Grand Rapids. There is also a two-sided patio that will provide additional space during the warmer months. The room is outfitted with three large flat-screen televisions and a retractable projector screen for PowerPoint or video presentations. There will also be a podium with a microphone for any speeches or group announcements.
The Centennial Room can be booked in 3-hour minimum blocks. Additional time can be added at a price per hour charge if available.

Centennial Room Rental Rates
Weekday (Sunday-Thursday): $400 rental fee (per 3 hours) & $500 minimum food/beverage order
Weekend (Friday-Saturday): $600 rental fee (per 3 hours) & $800 minimum food/beverage order
*Please note you are allowed 30 minutes prior for setup. If more time is needed additional rental time will need to be purchased.
