Cowabunga! It’s time to introduce Couch Surfer Seltzer!

This latest entry in our Grand Rapids-based Crafted in Michigan Collaboration Series brewed with Let’s Stay Home Cocktail Kits features our gin barrel-aged grapefruit seltzer blended with the real fruit flavors from their customer-favorite strawberry mint cocktail mix. Clocking in at 6.8% ABV, it’s the ideal companion for a night hanging out at your house or dealing with your friend that won’t leave your couch.

Couch Surfer will be available exclusively at the Detroit taproom on draft and in 750mL bottles on December 17 at 11am (2pm at the Grand Rapids taproom).

Let’s Stay Home Cocktail Kits was created in the confines of the owners’ Grand Rapids, MI, home during the global COVID-19 pandemic. Eric, a seasoned bartender and cocktail enthusiast, started making delicious drinks for him and his wife to safely enjoy on their patio. They quickly realized how much fun they were having creating the drink mixes, and found that using fresh, local ingredients truly made their cocktails shine. Thus, Let’s Stay Home Cocktail Kits was born so they could share the love!

They couldn’t make their amazing cocktail mixes (as we can’t make our beer) without the efforts of local farmers, so we and Let’s Stay Home Cocktail Kits will be making a donation to the West Michigan Young Farmers Coalition in support of their mission to focus on land access for BIPOC farmers in Grand Rapids through a project called Seeding Reclamation.
