The 2nd Installment of our Educational Beer Dinner Series will take place on Tuesday, May 19, 2015 from 6:30 – 9:30pm in the Centennial Room. Once again, it will be an intrepid multi-departmental endeavor undertaken by our Educational, Culinary, and Entertainment & Events Teams. This installment of our (fine dining) Educational Beer Dinner Series will feature a brand new 6-course lineup of expertly paired beer & food, with discussions led by our Education Ambassadors & Head Chef Justin Golinski.
