    A welcome back to staff and customers, this IPA was brewed with Cascade and Galaxy hops and dry-hopped with Azacca and Vic Secret hops. This beer simply bursts with resinous tropical fruit aromas and fresh citrus flavors
  • **Honey Wheat 4.8 %
    A long-standing taproom favorite, Honey Wheat is a sweet and refreshing ale brewed with honey, coriander, wheat and Perle hops.
  • $3 Rotating Tap - *Lil' Red IPA 5.2 %
    A session red IPA brewed with Oats, Wheat, Crystal and Caramel malts for a deep crimson color. Crystal, Galaxy and Mosaic hops went into the boil and a Centennial and Chinook Dry Hop completes this hop forward red ale.
  • *Mango Nova Lager 5 %
    An light amber lager brewed with Lotus hops and finished with a light addition of mango puree.

    A Wheat beer dry hopped with Azacca and aged on Coriander the finished with a kiss of vanilla. Something to make your taste buds scream say S-Wheat!
  • Unraveled IPA 6.6 %
    Brewed with some of our favorite American hops, and dry hopped with traditional hop pellets along with lupulin powder, Unraveled IPA is incredibly flavorful and aromatic.

Class 2

  • Breakfast Stout 8.3 %
    The Coffee lover’s consummate beer. Brewed with flaked oats, bitter and imported chocolates, and two types of coffee, it has an intense fresh-roasted java nose topped by a frothy, cinnamon-colored head that goes forever.
  • Cerise 5.7 %
    There are a few things that are quintessentially ‘Michigan’ and many would argue that cherries top that list. We brewed Cerise as a celebration of our home state’s official fruit, showcasing what Northern Michigan does best. Ruby red in color and brewed with 100% tart, Michigan cherries, Cerise is as close you’ll get to tasting the real thing without picking it off the tree.
  • *Change of Art Imperial Hazy IPA 8.7 %
    We did it again and we aren’t sure why! A very hazy IPA chucked full of juicy particles from the Flaked Oats and Wheat. Intense pineapple/orange aroma prevail from the massive dry hop of Amarillo, Mosaic and Simcoe.
  • **Detroit Double IPA - Mothership Installment #12 8.9 %
    Pushing tropical aromatics such as mango and pineapple to the edge of pungent, Detroit Double IPA raises the bar to what consumers expect in this beloved hoppy style. *Mothership 6-pack bottles now available!
  • Frangelic Mountain Brown 9 %
    Initially released in 2012, this deliciously sweet and nutty coffee brown ale inspired us to continue pushing the coffee beer envelope.

    Brewed with an abundance of malts, this stout is smooth as silk, yet complex and rich in body.
  • **Passion Fruit Gose - Mothership Series Installment #14 4.6 %
    Exotically tart and tropically sweet, Passion Fruit Gose is a unique and revitalizing expression of what a fruit beer can be. Passion fruit cuts through the tang of the gose style while delivering notes of guava, mango, and other citrusy flavors; the addition of sea salt rounds out this lightly-hopped summer treat.     We introduced our Belgian-style raspberry ale "Blushing Monk" to a tequila barrel and wound up with what can only be described as an international love affair. Now who's Blushing?
  • Backwoods Bastard 11 %
    Scotch style ale aged in bourbon barrels.
  • Nitro CBS 2019 11.3 %
    Rich maple syrup, roasted coffee and velvety chocolate meld together in what can only be described as a transcendental drinking experience while the addition of nitrogen imparts a soft, creamy mouthfeel.
  • Curmudgeon’s Better Half 12.7 %
    Our Old Ale (brewed with Molasses and Oak chips) tamed by the tender embrace of oak and sweet maple infused from a years' stay in Maple Syrup Bourbon Barrels. The result is deceptively smooth and utterly delicious!

  • KBS Espresso 12 %
    KBS gets an extra oomph by getting aged on espresso beans after being removed from barrels, resulting in a snappy coffee twist on our classic barrel-aged beer. Who says you can't start your day with a barrel-aged stout?
