    A collaboration with our friends at Briess Malt to say good bye to their 120 year old malt house in Chilton, Wisconsin and celebrate the full opening of the new Manitowoc operation. The Last Call malt, a rich pale malt, and the Caramel malt in this brew were the last produced at the historic location.

    Blink and you're in Bavaria. We went all in on tradition with our Oktoberfest, using imported German malts and hops with a beautiful lager yeast for the finish. This one completely adheres to Reinheitsgebot. Prost!

    Our Pride Month employee collaboration beer made in honor of Marsha “Pay it no mind” Johnson, an outspoken advocate for gay rights and prominent figure in the Stonewall uprising of 1969. This beer was brewed and aged with dried hibiscus flower. Crystal and centennial hops help bolster the floral forward aroma, while the hibiscus gives a rosy hue and sweet aromatics with tropical notes and a little spice.

    This rare style invites you to leaf your life to the fullest by incorporating a bouquet of botanicals and herbs to represent each of the seven Chakras, from root to crown, supported by spicy ginger and hibiscus flowers.
  • 4 Giants IPA 9.2 %
    Our brewers mashed up four of our favorite recipes into the ultimate imperial IPA. Aggressive bitterness balanced by a malty, sweet backbone while huge aromatics come courtesy of the seven American hop varieties
  • Breakfast Stout 8.3 %
    The Coffee lover’s consummate beer. Brewed with flaked oats, bitter and imported chocolates, and two types of coffee, it has an intense fresh-roasted java nose topped by a frothy, cinnamon-colored head that goes forever.

    Our 2021 Beer City Brewers Guild Pro-Am collaboration with partner amateur brewer Kevin Wiersum. This scaled-up version of his homebrew recipe is a hazy IPA featuring Citra, Mosaic and Galaxy hops and plenty of haze.

    Our third annual Unite Brew in celebration of International Women’s Day is a collaboration between the women of Founders Grand Rapids and Detroit! Brewers Laura Houser and Natalie Iseli-Smith came together to brew sister Oatmeal Coffee Stouts. Laura’s Grand Rapid’s version is made with lactose and features smooth coffee character and a fun burst of Cinnamon from actual cinnamon roasted coffee! Allergen Alert: Contains Dairy

    An imperial gose brewed with agave, lime and sea salt and then aged in tequila barrels for just the right amount of kick. Consider it a party in a bottle. Mas Agave!
  • Mas Agave Clasica Grapefruit 9.7 %
    Imperial gose brewed with agave and sea salt and aged in tequila barrels... then infused with fresh grapefruit juice.
  • *Old Fashion Barley Wine 13.3 %
    A Bourbon barrel-aged barley wine brewed with orange zest and lemon-drop hops, finished with tart Michigan cherries. A collaboration with GVSU’s Design Thinking class that brings this classic cocktail new life.
  • *Barrel-Aged Quad Pro Quo 13.2 %
    A Belgian Quad aged for 1 year in Brandy barrels. Sweet and candy-like aroma and flavor with a warming finish.
  • Curmudgeon’s Better Half 12.7 %
    Our Old Ale (brewed with Molasses and Oak chips) tamed by the tender embrace of oak and sweet maple infused from a years' stay in Maple Syrup Bourbon Barrels. The result is deceptively smooth and utterly delicious!
