    A welcome back to staff and customers, this IPA was brewed with Cascade and Galaxy hops and dry-hopped with Azacca and Vic Secret hops. This beer simply bursts with resinous tropical fruit aromas and fresh citrus flavors
  • *Hogwit Belgian Wheat 5.3 %
    Displaying the classic banana and clove characteristics iconic to this Belgian Wit style, we added our own twist by aging the beer on orange peel and coriander to grant a light citrus finish.
  • *Lil' Red IPA 5.2 %
    A session red IPA brewed with Oats, Wheat, Crystal and Caramel malts for a deep crimson color. Crystal, Galaxy and Mosaic hops went into the boil and a Centennial and Chinook Dry Hop completes this hop forward red ale.

  • 4 Giants IPA 9.2 %
    4 Giants Imperial IPA boasts aggressive bitterness balanced by a malty, sweet backbone while huge aromatics come courtesy of the seven American hop varieties.
  • *Barrel-Aged Get Bucked 6.5 %
    A lager brewed with buckwheat and aged in 1 part Abruana barrel and 2 parts virgin Hungarian Oak barrels, then flavored with vanilla and maple extract. Like a light French Toast Bastard.
  • *Big Luscious 7.4 %
    This deep, rich stout is packed with flavor: roasted malts, all-natural dark chocolate, a subtle hint of burnt coffee grounds, and a kiss of tart raspberries. It's a sumptuous dessert beer can make any occasion special.
  • Cerise 5.7 %
    There are a few things that are quintessentially ‘Michigan’ and many would argue that cherries top that list. We brewed Cerise as a celebration of our home state’s official fruit, showcasing what Northern Michigan does best. Ruby red in color and brewed with 100% tart, Michigan cherries, Cerise is as close you’ll get to tasting the real thing without picking it off the tree.

    The newest version of our Golden Stout! Ferris Guatemalan coffee imparts rich aromas of chocolate and cocoa. Vanilla beans and cocoa nibs compliment the coffee and lactose sugar lends a smooth, sweet, finish.

    Initially released in 2012, this deliciously sweet and nutty coffee brown ale inspired us to continue pushing the coffee beer envelope.

    Scotch-Style Ale aged in Bourbon barrels

    A strong ale fermented with Norwegian Kveik yeast at higher than normal temperatures to produce esters of papaya and passionfruit, then aged in Bourbon barrels.
  • Blushing Monk 9.2 %
    The epitome of our love of fruit beer, Blushing Monk is brewed with a ridiculous amount of raspberries and Belgian yeast.
  • CBS 2018 11.6 %
    The Vintage 2018 version of our Imperial Chocolate Coffee Stout aged in Maple Syrup Bourbon Barrels.

    KBS gets an extra oomph by getting aged on espresso beans after being removed from barrels, resulting in a snappy coffee twist on our classic barrel-aged beer. Who says you can't start your day with a barrel-aged stout?
