Overlooking the brewing facilities, our taproom allows customers a look into where the beer magic happens. It’s a great testing ground for us, and on any particular day you will find numerous beers on draft available only here in our taproom. The unique offering of specialty beers, the laid back atmosphere, and thrice-weekly live music has helped to make our taproom a staple in the Grand Rapids community and a destination for travelers. Stop by whenever you can and experience it for yourself.

    Named for the Haitian god of agriculture, Azacca IPA boasts citrus, mango and orchard fruit notes on a sweet Caramel malt backbone.

    Brewed with Oatmeal and CaraMunich malt, this refreshing Pale Ale is brewed and dry-hopped with Cascade, Simcoe, and Chinook hops for a fruity, citrus aroma, balanced body, and clean crisp finish. Hope for the beer drinker!
  • Centennial IPA 7.2 %
    The Standard by which all our IPA's are measured.
  • *Cryoats IPA 6.7 %
    Brewed with Flaked Oats and crystal malts this oatmeal IPA pours a lovely deep orange hue. Dry hopped with Cascade and Simcoe hops with concentrated lupulin for an intensified flavor, resin character, juiciness and aroma.

    A recipe from our Detroit Brewer Andrew, this rich, malty red ale is brewed and dry hopped with Idaho Gem hops. The hops give aromas of pineapple, cherry, spice, and herbs.
  • Red’s Rye IPA (Draft) 6.6 %
    Rye IPA brewed with 4 varieties of imported Belgian caramel malts and Amarillo hops.
  • *Shickadance Porter 6.6 %
    A robust Mocha Porter brewed with Cinnamon. Lightly burnt malt characters, and a dark chocolate nose, finish with a dash of cinnamon that will make you “Shickadance” in your pants.

    Made with Pure Michigan Honey, Michigan Apple Juice concentrate, and aged on cinnamon sticks, this Braggot (a combination of Ale and Mead) showcases mildly sweet and tart notes with a dry finish.

    A unique and hazy Belgian Tripel brewed with a ridiculous amount of organic Blue Agave nectar and Michigan honey. Palisade and Michigan Heritage hops balance the rich sweetness of the iconic banana and fruit esters.

    A Barley wine brewed with black malts for a deep, dark color, hopped with Nugget and Magnum hops, and then aged in spent bourbon barrels for a year.
  • *BA Chestnut Mtn Brown 10.4 %
    This rich brown ale was brewed and aged with copious amounts of roasted chestnut chips for a nutty and creamy finish; we then aged this beer almost a year and a half in spent Bourbon barrels!

    A blend of Beer City IPA and Rubaeus raspberry ale aged in port wine barrels. Deliciously sweet, and refreshingly hoppy, this blend pays tribute to the city that put beer on the map.
