Rotini ‘n’ Ale Cheese: Rotini pasta tossed with our very own Red’s Rye IPA cheese sauce.
Dirty Bastard Bratwurst Chili: Award-winning housemade chili featuring Frank’s Market bratwurst and Dirty Bastard Scotch Ale.
SECOND COURSE (choose one)
BBQ Brisket Flatbread: Bourbon barrel-smoked beef brisket with caramelized onions, fresh jalapeños, Colby jack cheese, and Dirty Bastard BBQ sauce on a toasted flatbread.
Caprese Flatbread: Fresh mozzarella, sliced tomato, fresh basil, garlic oil, and balsamic reduction drizzle on a toasted flatbread.

All of our “munchies” are generous portions and can easily be shared. You could even get a few different dishes and pass them around the table. That’s what we like to do!
Our sandwiches are handcrafted, just like our beer. Each one is made to order and, during busy times, can take a while to prepare. Relax, enjoy a beer, and we’ll let you know when your food is ready! All sandwiches come toasted hot, unless ordered cold, and are served with McClure’s pickles.

Freshly baked telera bread topped with our housemade marinara sauce, mozzarella, and your choice of the following toppings: pepperoni, thick-cut bacon, smoked ham, red onions, red peppers, green peppers, green olives, tomatoes, spinach, jalapeño peppers, sliced mushrooms.
One size fits all! Comes with oyster crackers, sourdough roll & compound butter.
