    Cool Beans is a collaborative brew made with our friends at Rockford Brewing Company to help celebrate their 10th annual pub crawl in downtown Rockford. It’s a twist on RBC’s award-winning Rogue River Brown, but fermented with Founders house lager yeast and steeped with a lovely Ethiopian coffee from Madcap. This delicious and easy-drinking Coffee Brown Lager will be featured at the Corner Bar in Rockford during the pub crawl, and then right here in our own taprooms.

  • Galaxy Wheat 7.1 %
    A Wheat IPA brewed with Wheat Malt and light Crystal Malts and dry hopped with Galaxy and Simcoe hops. Tropical and passionfruit characteristics abound in this smooth-drinking IPA.
  • Mas Agave Strawberry 4.5 %
    Más Agave Premium Hard Seltzer is a refreshing foray into the future made with blue agave nectar, cane sugar, real fruit juice and a dash of sea salt for good measure.
  • Porter 6.5 %
    Dark. Rich. Sexy.
  • Solid Gold 4.4 %
    Our take on a classic, Solid Gold is a drinkable premium lager brewed with the highest quality ingredients.
  • Unraveled IPA 6.6 %
    Short – Brewed with some of our favorite American hops, and dry hopped with traditional hop pellets along with lupulin powder, Unraveled IPA is incredibly flavorful and aromatic.

Class 2

  • 4 Giants 9.2 %
    We’ve made a lot of imperial IPAs over the years and, in turn, have had a lot of arguments over which one is the absolute best. So, to settle this once and for all, our brewers mashed up four of our favorite recipes into the ultimate imperial IPA. 4 Giants boasts aggressive bitterness balanced by a malty, sweet backbone while huge aromatics come courtesy of the seven American hop varieties.
  • Big Luscious 7.8 %
    A rich and robust stout serves as the foundation for this decadent dessert beer. Raspberries lend a tart and refreshing sweetness while the addition of dark chocolate takes it to an indulgent level. Big, yet balanced, Big Luscious is perfect for sharing with friends and family. Or you can keep it all to yourself. We won’t tell.
  • Cactus Waffle Trippel 10.9 %
    A Belgian Trippel brewed with a ridiculous amount of organic Blue Agave nectar and Michigan honey. Rich Belgian yeast esters of banana and fruit and a sweet body round out this unique slightly hazy, golden straw colored Trippel.
  • Honey Monkey Double IPA 10.8 %
    A Double IPA brewed with Cascade, Centennial, Mosaic, Chinook, and Simcoe hops. The use of Michigan Honey in the boil adds a subtle sweetness to the beers' tropical and fruity characters.
  • Imperial Stout 10.5 %
    Brewed with an abundance of malts, this stout is smooth as silk, yet complex and rich in body. Best enjoyed at cellar temperature to allow the notes of chocolate, dark fruit and caramel to soar. Put another log on the fire, sit back and enjoy the moment with this full-bodied and utterly delicious cold weather companion.

Class 3

  • Barrel-Aged Black Biscuit 11.1 %
    Years ago, we found ourselves sitting on a surplus of Biscuit malt and molasses. As brewers often do, we got creative and designed a beer that put these stellar ingredients to good use. We added some chocolate malt for color and flavor depth and aged the beer in maple syrup bourbon barrels and a legend was born. Barrel-Aged Black Biscuit is back. Believe the hype.
  • Blushing Padre - Mothership #13 10.8 %
    We introduced our Belgian-style raspberry ale to a tequila barrel and wound up with what can only be described as an international love affair. Tart and luscious raspberry jam character are balanced beautifully thanks to time spent aging in tequila barrels
  • CBS 11.7 %
    CBS was born when we stumbled upon some bourbon barrels that had previously housed maple syrup. We opted to put the same base beer as KBS, an imperialized version of Breakfast Stout, in the maple barrels and, after one taste, we knew we had something special. Rich maple syrup, roasted coffee and velvety chocolate meld together in what can only be described as a transcendental drinking experience.
  • Frootwood 8 %
    We took a crisp, light-bodied cherry ale and hid it away in oak barrels that have held both bourbon and maple syrup. After a lengthy stint, the ale emerged changed, blanketed in notes of warm vanilla and earthy sweetness.
  • KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa 12 %
    Here’s one for the cocoa lovers: KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa – the sumptuous, deep coffee and chocolate flavors of KBS rise to the next level with a swirl of cinnamon and a hint of vanilla to create a sweet-but-not-too-sweet barrel-aged drinking experience. It’s a whole new spin on KBS that’s sure to sweeten your spirits.
  • KBS Espresso 12 %
    KBS gets its coffee fix in the very first variant to come from our beloved bourbon barrel-aged stout. Yes, KBS may already be brewed with coffee, but it gets some extra oomph when it’s aged on espresso beans after being removed from barrels. The result is a fresh and snappy coffee twist on our classic barrel-aged beer. Who says you can’t start your day with a barrel-aged stout?

    KBS is a big imperial stout brewed with a massive amount of coffee and chocolate and then bourbon barrel-aged to perfection. Incredibly silky and full-bodied with notes of vanilla, cocoa, roasted coffee, and charred oak.

    This beer taught us that patience truly is a virtue. Nitro KBS is a big imperial stout brewed with a massive amount of coffee and chocolate and then bourbon barrel-aged to perfection – running it through nitrogen gives a creamy, light texture that has to be tasted to believed. Incredibly silky and full-bodied with notes of vanilla, cocoa, roasted coffee and charred oak.

    We love cocktails. Like, really love them. If you ask us, few are more refreshing than the tart and tangy margarita and our latest barrel-aged beer pays tribute to that perennial classic. We took an imperial gose brewed with agave, lime and sea salt and then aged it in tequila barrels for just the right amount of kick. Consider it a party in a bottle. Mas Agave!

    What’s your Nemesis? Ours is a barleywine-style ale brewed with roasted malts and no shortage of hops for a pleasantly bitter, booming flavor. Pouring with a slight and subtle mahogany hue and a multitude of flavors that melt on your tongue – this is one Nemesis you’ll feel good about keeping around.
  • Velvet Rush 11.1 %
    Borrowing elements from both high-end craft cocktails and moody jazz clubs, Velvet Rush takes the bourbon barrel-aged brown ale up an octave with free-flowing notes of coffee, chocolate and vanilla extract. Milk sugar aids in weaving together this complex tapestry of flavors to create a unique sipping experience that really ties the room together.
