    Bold, citrus and herbal hop bitterness with full body, caramel malt notes and warming finish.
  • Centennial IPA 7.2 %

  • City of Dreams Lager 4.8 %
    A Vienna style lager brewed with Pilsner, Munich and Biscuit malt for toasty sweetness and copper color. Lightly hopped for balance without bitterness.
  • Dirty Bastard 8.5 %
    Scotch-style Ale, malt forward
  • *Knights of "Ni!" Juniper Pilsner 5.8 %
    Light earthy flavors carry into a clean, crisp lager body with thin viscosity, low spicy hop presence and very bright almost tingling carbonation.
  • LoLo Grapefruit 4.4 %
    Low ABV and low calorie count make this beer a perfect choice for those mindful drinkers who still want to enjoy a delicious ale. Finished with grapefruit puree, this beer is light and crisp with fresh grapefruit aroma and flavor.
  • Nitro Oatmeal Stout 4.5 %
    Traditional Irish Stout on Nitrogen

    Pours silky black with a creamy tan head. The nose is sweet with strong chocolate and caramel malt presence.
  • Red’s Rye IPA (Draft) 6.6 %
    Rye IPA with serious hop bitterness and grapefruit notes from the Amarillo dry hop - The overwhelming employee (and Mug Club) favorite
  • Solid Gold 4.4 %
    Our take on a classic, Solid Gold is a crush-able premium lager brewed with the highest quality ingredients
  • Unraveled IPA 6.6 %
    Brewed with some of our favorite American hops, and dry hopped with traditional hop pellets along with lupulin powder, Unraveled IPA is incredibly flavorful and aromatic.

  • Frangelic Mountain Brown 9 %
    Initially released in 2012, this deliciously sweet and nutty coffee brown ale inspired us to continue pushing the coffee beer envelope.
  • Imperial Stout 10.5 %
    Brewed with an abundance of malts, this stout is smooth as silk, yet complex and rich in body.
  • *Mind Flayer Belgian Dark 7.3 %
    Complex malt sweetness with dark fruit, caramel and subtle perfumey spice. Rich, smooth body and full mouthfeel. Warming with a slight dry finish.
  • Nitro Breakfast Stout 8.3 %
    The infusion of nitrogen transforms Breakfast Stout into a creamy sipper, perfect for contemplative mornings and laid-back evenings.
  • Nitro Rubaeus 5.7 %
    Our Raspberry ale poured on Nitrogen for a deliciously smooth and creamy experience
  • $3 Tap *Reituzi Russian Imperial Stout 7.6 %
    Full bodied, intense roasted malt flavor with dark complexity. Bittersweet chocolate and coffee dominate. Gentle, velvety texture with warm finish

    Our Scotch-style ale, aged in bourbon barrels
  • Blushing Monk 9.2 %
    Brewed with a ridiculous amount of raspberries for tart yet luscious raspberry-jam character and fermented with Belgian yeast for subtle fruit and spice esters.
  • Underground Mountain Brown 11.9 %
    Underground Mountain Brown is the harmony achieved when our imperial brown ale, Sumatra coffee and a year aging in oak come together.
  • French Toast Bastard - Mothership #10 11.1 %
    Backwoods Bastard gets the 4-star breakfast treatment. Our bourbon barrel-aged Scotch Ale is introduced to maple syrup, cinnamon, and sweet vanilla for a decadent brunch-inspired sipper.Breakfast for dinner, anyone?
  • KBS 12 %
    KBS is a big imperial stout brewed with a massive amount of coffee and chocolate and then bourbon barrel-aged to perfection.
  • KBS 2017 11.8 %
    The vintage, 2017 version of our famed Bourbon Barrel-aged Imperial Chocolate Coffee Stout.

Class 4

  • CBS 11.3 %
    Rich maple syrup, roasted coffee and velvety chocolate meld together in what can only be described as a transcendental drinking experience.
  • CBS Nitro 11.3 %
    The subtler version of its CO2 twin. Rich maple syrup, roasted coffee and velvety chocolate meld together in what can only be described as a transcendental drinking experience while the addition of nitrogen imparts a soft, creamy mouthfeel.
  • KBS Espresso 12 %
    KBS gets an extra oomph by getting aged on espresso beans after being removed from barrels, resulting in a snappy coffee twist on our classic barrel-aged beer. Who says you can't start your day with a barrel-aged stout?
