    Named for the Haitian god of agriculture, Azacca IPA boasts citrus, mango and orchard fruit notes on a sweet Caramel malt backbone.

    Brewed after the champagne style of Brut; dry and crisp with a huge fruit forward hop taste. Can you handle this?!
  • * Cascadian Magic 6.1 %
    Dark ale that pours with a nice tan head with a piney aroma that has a robust roasty flavor followed by a moderate smooth earthy bitterness giving you a nice dry finish.
  • Centennial IPA 7.2 %
    Our flagship single IPA brewed with Centennial hops
  • *Detroit IPA 6.0 %
    Pale and light caramel malts accompany this hop forward beer bringing a balance to a dank hop character. Chinook, Simco, Amarillo, and Cascade hops are showcased in this IPA lending tropical citrus and pine notes
  • *Detroit Lager 6 %
    Pilsner malts pair with American Crystal hops to give this beer a balanced profile with a crisp finish
  • Dirty Bastard 8.5 %
    Scotch-style Ale, malt forward
  • * Endzone Lager 5.7 %
    Endzone lager was made with German Pilsner malts and fermented cold, with our house lager yeast. During fermentation this beer was dryhopped with a light dusting of Mosaic Hops providing hits of tropical goodness.
  • *Gluten Reduced Pale Ale 5.8 %
    Brewed for those looking for a malt beverage with reduced gluten. A product called Brewers Clarex... it's science.
  • *Lavish Pale Ale 5.1 %
    Version 3.0 of this tasty pale ale is smooth and sessionable. With a focus on Mosaic and Azacca hops in the dry hop, aromas of tropical fruits such as papaya and mango can be enjoyed.
  • *Nitro Buffalo Medicine 5.5 %
    Brewed with British Maris Otter Pale Malt and numerous other specialty malts to create a pastry-type aroma and taste. A mild roast and appropriate hop bitterness accompany the sweetness to create a balanced taste
  • Nitro Oatmeal Stout 4.5 %
    Stout brewed with Oats on Nitro
  • *Nitro Redline Red 5.8 %
    Brewed with 6 different malt varieties, ranging from mild caramel sweetness to nutty.
  • * Paper Flowers Rye IPA 6.6 %
    This beer was brewed with a healthy portion of rye which lends a unique spicy grain character. This was complimented by a massive amount of Mosaic and Eldorado hops for maximum tropical aromatics and taste!
  • Porter 6.5 %
    Roasty, robust, full-flavored Porter
  • Red’s Rye IPA (Draft) 6.6 %
    Rye IPA with serious hop bitterness and grapefruit notes from Amarillo dry hop

  • Breakfast Stout 8.3 %
    An Imperial Stout brewed with chocolate and coffee
  • * Lemon Wheat 5.5 %
    This beer was brewed with a healthy portion of wheat which lends a unique earthy sweetness. Lemon was added in the conditioning tank to give this beer a refreshing, slightly lemony finish.
  • Nitro Rubaeus 5.7 %
    The creamy, nitro version of our Raspberry Ale!
  • Rubaeus 5.7 %
    Tart and refreshing Raspberry Ale
  • *Yirgabrew Brown 7.2 %
    Infused with bold, roasty cold brewed Yirgacheffe coffee from our friendsat Great Lakes Coffee Roasting Co.

Class 3

  • 12 Feet Under 14.3 %
    A blend of multiple IPA's, this baby was barreled and dry hopped TWICE. Extra oaky, sweet and sultry.
  • B.A. Imperial Stout 12.8 %
    Our Imperial Stout aged in bourbon barrels for two years lends complex warm and roasted characteristics with the added richness of oak and vanilla notes from the barrel-aging. A beautiful beast of a beer.
  • Backwoods Bastard 11 %
    Our Scotch-style ale, aged in bourbon barrels
  • Barrel-Aged Lemon Ale 9.9% %
    Strong golden ale brewed with Lemon Drop hops, pure lemon concentrate and aged for 4 months in bourbon barrels.
  • Blushing Monk 2019 9.2 %
    Brewed with a ridiculous amount of raspberries for tart yet luscious raspberry-jam character and fermented with Belgian yeast for subtle fruit and spice esters.
  • Curmudgeon's Better Half 12.7 %
    Our Old Ale (brewed with Molasses and Oak chips) tamed by the tender embrace of oak and sweet maple infused from a years' stay in Maple Syrup Bourbon Barrels. The result is deceptively smooth and utterly delicious!
  • DKML 14.2 %
    Boubon barrel aged in malt liquor.
  • DKML Port Pipes 15.0 %
    Our DKML aged in none other than delicious, sweet port barrels.
  • Panther Cub 8.7 %
    Developed after reflecting on youthful dalliances of yore, Panther is a small porter aged with vanilla in maple syrup bourbon barrels. This rare special release has a deep character and holds a fond place with our fans.
  • P.A. Razzelhopenberry 6.6 %
    A blend of Beer City IPA and Rubaeus raspberry ale aged in port wine barrels.

Class 4

  • CBS 2018 11.6 %
    Rich maple syrup, roasted coffee and velvety chocolate meld together in what can only be described as a transcendental drinking experience.
  • KBS 2018 12.3 %
    The Legend that put our barrel-aging program on the map! Kentucky Breakfast Stout is an imperial stout brewed with a massive amount of coffee & chocolates, then cave-aged in oak bourbon barrels for an entire year. (Contains lactose)
