    Like a fine Brut Champagne, this IPA is brilliantly clear, highly effervescent, and refreshingly dry. Tantalizing your palate in a bold yet never overpowering way, there is nothing savage about this elegant brute.
  • Dirty Bastard 8.5 %
    A Scotch Ale, dark ruby in color and brewed with seven varieties of imported malts. Complex in finish, with hints of smoke and peat, paired with a malty richness and a right hook of hop power to give it the bad attitude that a beer named Dirty Bastard has to live up to. Ain’t for the wee lads
  • Mosaic Promise 5.5 %
    Mosaic Promise showcases two unique ingredients: Mosaic hops and Golden Promise malt. The versatility of the hop’s pleasing aroma and flavor characteristics and the traditional barley’s depth of flavor comprise this clean, rich, golden beer. We can brew complex beers with the best of them, but we recognize that there is also beauty in simplicity.

  • Oktoberfest 6.0 %
    Blink and you’ll think you’re in Bavaria. We went all in on tradition with our Oktoberfest, using imported German malts and hops with a beautiful lager yeast for the finish. Pours a gorgeous copper hue with a rich, malty and slightly sweet backbone. Our version is akin to the beer poured in the early days of Oktoberfest and, yes, it adheres to the Reinheitsgebot. Prost!
  • Scarlet Dawn 5.1 %
    It’s the dawn of an all-new session IPA! Brewed with an array of malts to provide a deep crimson hue, Scarlet Dawn Session Red IPA employs a range of hops that lend a floral aroma and keep the bitterness to a minimum. It’s straightforward, session-able, and will treat you right – morning, noon or night.
  • Solid Gold 4.4 %
    Our take on a classic, Solid Gold is a drinkable premium lager brewed with the highest quality ingredients.
  • Unraveled IPA 6.6 %
    Brewed with some of our favorite American hops, and dry hopped with traditional hop pellets along with lupulin powder, Unraveled IPA is incredibly flavorful and aromatic.
  • Walt Witbier 5.5 %
    Traditional to the Belgian style, this Witbier flirts with the use of coriander and orange zest to create a refreshing and aromatic wheat beer experience, supported by the lightly sweet malt pairing of Pilsner malt and soft Red Wheat.

Class 2

  • 4 Giants IPA 9.2 %
    4 Giants Imperial IPA boasts aggressive bitterness balanced by a malty, sweet backbone while huge aromatics come courtesy of the seven American hop varieties.
  • Big Luscious 7.8 %
    A rich and robust stout serves as the foundation for this decadent dessert beer. Raspberries lend a tart and refreshing sweetness while the addition of dark chocolate takes it to an indulgent level. Big, yet balanced, Big Luscious is perfect for sharing with friends and family. Or you can keep it all to yourself. We won’t tell.
  • Breakfast Stout 8.3 %
    The Coffee lover’s consummate beer. Brewed with flaked oats, bitter and imported chocolates, and two types of coffee, it has an intense fresh-roasted java nose topped by a frothy, cinnamon-colored head that goes forever.
  • Cherry Fruit Jam 7.4 %
    A wheat beer jam-packed with natural Cherry fruit.
  • Coldwater Pro-Am Hazy IPA 6.4 %
    This year’s amateur brewing partner in the Beer City Brewers Guild Pro-Am collaboration is Kevin Wiersum. Kevin likes fishing on the Coldwater River and brewing hazy IPAs. We scaled up a homebrew recipe of his, a hazy IPA featuring Citra, Mosaic and Galaxy hops and plenty of haze.

  • M.S. #12 Blushing Padre 10.8 %
    We introduced our Belgian-style raspberry ale to a tequila barrel and wound up with what can only be described as an international love affair. Tart and luscious raspberry jam character are balanced beautifully thanks to time spent aging in tequila barrels. Now who’s blushing?
  • CBS 11.3 %
    Rich maple syrup, roasted coffee and velvety chocolate meld together in what can only be described as a transcendental drinking experience.
  • Nitro CBS 11.3 %
    Rich maple syrup, roasted coffee and velvety chocolate meld together in what can only be described as a transcendental drinking experience while the addition of nitrogen imparts a soft, creamy mouthfeel.
  • B.A. Dissenter 10.8 %
    Brewed with a wide variety of tropical, citrus-forward hops, this beer is fermented cold, using Lager yeast and aged in Bourbon barrels for 3-years.
  • Nitro KBS 12 %
    This beer taught us that patience truly is a virtue. Nitro KBS is a big imperial stout brewed with a massive amount of coffee and chocolate and then bourbon barrel-aged to perfection – running it through nitrogen gives a creamy, light texture that has to be tasted to believed. Incredibly silky and full-bodied with notes of vanilla, cocoa, roasted coffee and charred oak.
  • KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa 12 %
    Here’s one for the cocoa lovers: KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa – the sumptuous, deep coffee and chocolate flavors of KBS rise to the next level with a swirl of cinnamon and a hint of vanilla to create a sweet-but-not-too-sweet barrel-aged drinking experience. It’s a whole new spin on KBS that’s sure to sweeten your spirits.
  • KBS Espresso 12 %
    KBS gets its coffee fix in the very first variant to come from our beloved bourbon barrel-aged stout. Yes, KBS may already be brewed with coffee, but it gets some extra oomph when it’s aged on espresso beans after being removed from barrels. The result is a fresh and snappy coffee twist on our classic barrel-aged beer. Who says you can’t start your day with a barrel-aged stout?
  • Mas Agave Clasica Lime 10 %
    Imperial Lime Gose brewed with Agave and aged in Tequila barrels.
  • Mas Agave Clasica Prickly Pear 9.7 %
    Imperial gose brewed with agave and sea salt and aged in tequila barrels with hints of berry and melon.
  • Nemesis - Bottleshop Series Installment #1 11.2 %
    What’s your Nemesis? Ours is a barleywine-style ale brewed with roasted malts and no shortage of hops for a pleasantly bitter, booming flavor. Pouring with a slight and subtle mahogany hue and a multitude of flavors that melt on your tongue – this is one Nemesis you’ll feel good about keeping around.

    A bourbon barrel-aged brown ale with notes of coffee, chocolate and vanilla extract. Milk sugar aids in weaving together this complex tapestry of flavors to create a sipping experience that really ties the room together.
