  • Civilized Brut 5.9 %
    Like a fine Brut Champagne, our latest IPA is brilliantly clear, highly effervescent, and refreshingly dry. Tantalizing your palate in a bold yet never overpowering way, there is nothing savage about this elegant brute.
  • Dirty Bastard 8.5 %
    Scotch-style Ale, malt forward
  • Founders Fest Wheat 6.6 %
    This hoppy wheat ale, made specially for our annual Founders Fest, is about 40% German Pale Wheat malt, some light crystal malt, and 100% Amarillo hops
  • *Foundersbrau Helles 5 %
    Our Helles Lager was fermented at cooler temperatures and given a long lagering period to ensure a smooth and crisp finish. This traditional German style was brewed with 100% German pilsner malts.
  • Founders N/A <.5 %
    Brewed with the help of one of our friends from Mahou San Miguel, this non-alcoholic, hop-forward, pale ale is the perfect offering for those folks looking for fantastic craft brew flavor while avoiding the alcohol content.
  • *Lavish Pale Ale 5.6 %
    Version 3.0 of this tasty pale ale is smooth and sessionable. With a focus on Mosaic and Azacca hops in the dryhop, aromas of and tropical fruits such as papaya and mango can be enjoyed. Lavish pours orange in color and as a thick off-white head.
  • Mosaic Promise 5.5 %
    This clean, crisp, golden beer showcases Mosaic hops and Golden Promise malts proving there truly is beauty in simplicity.
  • Nitro Oatmeal Stout 4.5 %
    Stout brewed with Oats on Nitro
  • Porter 6.5 %
    Roasty, robust, full-flavored Porter
  • Red’s Rye IPA (Draft) 6.6 %
    Rye IPA with serious hop bitterness and grapefruit notes from Amarillo dry hop
  • Solid Gold 4.4 %
    Our take on a classic, Solid Gold is a crush-able premium lager brewed with the highest quality ingredients.
  • *Vernor Street Wit 6.2 %
    This beer was fermented with Belgian Wit yeast to contribute light banana and clove notes in a wheat forward ale. Additionally, this beer was aged on a bed of ginger to make it taste likeā€¦.. you guessed it Vernors Ginger Ale.

Class 2

  • Breakfast Stout 8.3 %
    Double Chocolate Coffee Oatmeal Stout
  • *Detroit Double IPA 8.0 %
    A double IPA brewed in Detroit. Aromas of mango and pineapple in the nose accompanied by a piney bitterness.
  • Double Trouble 9.4 %
    An Imperial IPA that was brewed to turn your world upside down.
  • Nitro Rubaeus 5.7 %
    The creamy, nitro version of our Raspberry Ale!
  • Passion Fruit Gose 4.7 %
    Unfiltered German-style wheat beer made with coriander, sea salt, and (in this case) passion fruit. The result is a tart, sweet, and salty summer treat.
  • Peached Cream Ale 3.8 %
    A Cream Ale with all-natural Peach concentrate. Light and fruity, this one is sure to quench your thirst while also satisfying a bit of your sweet tooth.
  • Pilsner 5.5 %
    Always brewing to taste and rarely to style, Pilsner is the culmination of our love of American hops and appreciation of easy-drinking styles. Crisp, bright, and a hint citrus, this Pilsner is refreshingly untraditional.
  • Rubaeus 5.7 %
    Tart and refreshing Raspberry Ale.

Class 3

  • 12 Feet Under 14.3 %
    A blend of multiple IPA's, this baby was barreled and dry hopped TWICE. Extra oaky, sweet and sultry.
  • Backwoods Bastard 11 %
    Our Scotch-style ale, aged in bourbon barrels
  • Blushing Monk 2019 9.2 %
    Brewed with a ridiculous amount of raspberries for tart yet luscious raspberry-jam character and fermented with Belgian yeast for subtle fruit and spice esters.
  • Curmudgeon's Better Half 12.7 %
    Our Old Ale (brewed with Molasses and Oak chips) tamed by the tender embrace of oak and sweet maple infused from a years' stay in Maple Syrup Bourbon Barrels. The result is deceptively smooth and utterly delicious!
  • Devil Dancer 12.2 %
    Massive in complexity, the huge malt character balances the insane amount of alphas used to create it. This triple-IPA is dry-hopped with TEN hop varieties.
  • Mas Agave 10 %
    An imperial gose brewed with agave, lime and sea salt and then aged it in tequila barrels for just the right amount of kick. Consider it a party in a bottle. Mas Agave!

Class 4

  • KBS 12.2 %
    An imperial stout brewed with a massive amount of coffee and chocolates, then cave-aged in oak bourbon barrels for an entire year to make sure wonderful bourbon undertones come through in the finish. Delightful.
