    Brewed with English malts and Challenger hops, it lures with an aroma of tantalizing toasted caramel and pleasant fruity floral hops, drinks smoothly with a medium body, and finishes crisp and dry like the humor of our favorite British comedians!
  • *Khazad-Dum Dortmunder 6 %
    Pilsner, Munich and Vienna malts mingle to create a simple but substantial body and mouthfeel, paired with a mild spicy bitterness from Saaz and Crystal hops to produce a crisp, refreshing finish
  • Nitro Oatmeal Stout 4.5 %
    Traditional Irish Stout on Nitrogen
  • *On Me Tod Irish Red 6.2 %
    Traditional Irish style that is sure to satisfy with its crisp, approachable, and caramelly sweet crushable flavor!
  • Porter 6.5 %
    Pours silky black with a creamy tan head. The nose is sweet with strong chocolate and caramel malt presence.
  • Red’s Rye IPA (Draft) 6.6 %
    Rye IPA with serious hop bitterness and grapefruit notes from the Amarillo dry hop - The overwhelming employee (and Mug Club) favorite
  • *Salute Your Schwarz! 4.9 %
    German Munich and pilsner base malts, paired with small amounts of midnight wheat, chocolate and roasted barley mingle to create this refreshingly roasted dark lager. One sip and it’ll make you ‘Anawanna’ another one!
  • Solid Gold 4.4 %
    Our take on a classic, Solid Gold is a crush-able premium lager brewed with the highest quality ingredients
  • Unraveled IPA 6.6 %
    Brewed with some of our favorite American hops, and dry hopped with traditional hop pellets along with lupulin powder, Unraveled IPA is incredibly flavorful and aromatic.
  • *Walt Witbier 4.6 %
    Refreshingly herbal and slightly spicy, Walt Witbier is free of both leaves and grass, but is perfect for drinking in a pile of both, weather permitting.

    Underground Mountain Brown is the harmony achieved when our imperial brown ale, Sumatra coffee and a year aging in oak come together.
  • Devil Dancer - Mothership #11 12 %
    When you dance with the devil, the devil don’t change. You do. Massive in complexity, huge malt character balances the insane amount of alphas used to create it. The 11th installment in our Taproom only bottles series.
  • French Toast Bastard - Mothership #10 11.1 %
    Backwoods Bastard gets the 4-star breakfast treatment. Our bourbon barrel-aged Scotch Ale is introduced to maple syrup, cinnamon, and sweet vanilla for a decadent brunch-inspired sipper.Breakfast for dinner, anyone?

Class 4

  • CBS 11.3 %
    Rich maple syrup, roasted coffee and velvety chocolate meld together in what can only be described as a transcendental drinking experience.
  • KBS 12.2 %
    An imperial stout brewed with a massive amount of coffee and chocolates, then cave-aged in oak bourbon barrels for an entire year to make sure wonderful bourbon undertones come through in the finish. Delightful.
  • KBS Espresso 12 %
    KBS gets an extra oomph by getting aged on espresso beans after being removed from barrels, resulting in a snappy coffee twist on our classic barrel-aged beer. Who says you can't start your day with a barrel-aged stout?
  • CBS Nitro 11.3 %
    The subtler version of its CO2 twin. Rich maple syrup, roasted coffee and velvety chocolate meld together in what can only be described as a transcendental drinking experience while the addition of nitrogen imparts a soft, creamy mouthfeel.
