When we first debuted All Day IPA in 6-pack bottles, it took off as the go-to session beer for craft fans. Crisp and light but with the full-flavor of an IPA, this beer was here to stay. Our first canning line was installed to accommodate the incredible growth of All Day IPA and, in 2013, we began offering it in a 12-pack can package. Shelves could not hold this beer and so, we thought, let’s give the people what they want: All Day IPA and more of it.
In 2014, we debuted the 15-pack All Day IPA can package, the “Brewer’s Dozen,” as we affectionately called it, being the first in the craft industry to do so and our brewery hasn’t been the same since. All Day IPA continues to take the craft world by storm: the 15-pack is the largest selling craft can package and All Day IPA is the 3rd largest selling IPA of any kind. Pretty amazing.
So, we have decided to put All Day IPA in a new package… one that’s a little taller but still lightweight….
We promised some 2017 updates for you this week so let’s get started, shall we? We were the first in craft to offer a beer in a 15-pack can package with All Day IPA and, you all seemed to like it so much that we decided to put our entire seasonal lineup in 15-pack cans!
American craft beer is built on taking inspiration and ideas from all over the world and combining them with American ingredients and ingenuity – which is the same approach we’re applying to our latest beer dinner. Join us Thursday, December 8 at 6:30pm at the brewery for our five-course Breakfast for Dinner, featuring our favorite breakfast dishes paired with various beers.
PC Pils is a easy drinker that serves as a great compliment to tailgating foods like bratwursts and parking lot chili… However, when you come back to regular life, treat yo’self to a real grown-up entrée. Typically, the higher the quality of meat, the safer it is to eat undercooked which is why you’ll see that ours is a bit pink. Feel free to cook the tenderloin longer for a temperature that is more well-done, just be sure to reduce the temperature and cook it on its sides again. Given all stoves are different, cooking times and temperatures may vary. Enjoy!
- 1lb pork tenderloin
- 1/2lb unsalted butter
It’s 9am somewhere! Our double chocolate coffee stout, Breakfast Stout, is the perfect way to start (or end) your day. Brewed with two types of roasted coffee sourced from our friends at Ferris Coffee & Nut, two varieties of chocolate and an abundance of flaked oats, this stout is chewy, rich and intense. And now it has it’s very own Untappd badge!
It’s that time of the year again! We’ll be opening our remaining 2017 Mug Club spots up to new members on a first-come, first-served basis on Thursday, December 1 at 9am in our beer garden. Ferris coffee and Robinette’s donuts will be available for the early birds.
Memberships are are $60 and will be available until we reach capacity. All new members must be 21+ and present with a valid ID to purchase a membership.
We are humbled and honored to announce that we will be bringing our beer to a long-admired craft beer mecca, the Pacific Northwest states of Washington, Oregon and Idaho! It was westward that our Co-Founders traveled in their discovery of craft beer some 25 years ago and we’ve long anticipated the day that our beers would be available in this region.
Behold as the kooky kids from our Education Team combine the two greatest things to happen to mornings: Breakfast Stout and cereal. We even tossed them in the very same bowl, ’cause why not?
It’s hard to believe it’s that time of year again. You know, that time where we take knives to pumpkins, gut them with our bare hands and carve our whims into their flesh while snacking on their toasted, perfectly seasoned innards. Since we’re not all inspired and skilled knife-artists, we thought we’d give you all a little creative and technical help with these killer pumpkin-carving stencils featuring the KBS skull (spooky), logos and more! Download them here.
