Founders Beer Cheese Dip Recipe

Our beer cheese dip (from our deli menu) is one of the hottest sellers in our taproom, and our deli manager Justin Golinski is cool enough to share the recipe with you all.

  1. Oh my goodness! I tried and tried to recreate this recipe when I was studying at GVSU, but could never get it quite right. And now that we can get Founders in Maine (where my husband and I currently live), I can finally get it right! Thank you sooo much!

  2. Thanks so much for posting! Love this so much. Just made it. Color is much lighter, as is taste, not as good. Need to tweak it, needed more Gouda. My Italian seasoning is really present and tastes generic. Excited to try and match the splendor at your deli.
